新医改背景下医院经济管理的探讨和应用

摘要
随着经济体制不断改革,我国各行业稳固发展,进入全新的发展阶段。其中,医院作为公共服务行业,一直以来存在形式引发社会各界热议。为了更好的服务大众,医疗体系也在不断完善,形成新的医疗保障。但在过往的长效发展过程中,医院经济管理出现一定漏洞,偶尔会有个别医院出现财政赤字,导致正常运行受到影响。尤其是在新医改的影响下,经济管理问题逐渐显现,影响医院正常长效有序发展。当下需要采用合理有效的经济管理模式,才能使医院经济稳固发展。目前要明确医院经济管理在医院管理中的作用,并且延续改革之势,实现医院的全面发展。
Under the economic system reform, all walks of life are sound and come into the period of new development. As the public service industry, the hospital has long been discussed in all sectors of society.In order to better serve the public, the medical system is also constantly improved to ensure the medical healthcare. During the long-term development process, there are some problems on the hospital's economic management. Once in a while, some hospitals have the financial deficits in affecting its normal operation. Under the new medical reform, the economic management problems have been highlighted to produce an influence in the normal and orderly development of the hospital. Thus the reasonable and effective economic management mode can promote the hospital's stable economic development. Currently, it is necessary to define the role of the hospital's economic management in strengthening the hospital's medical reform and comprehensive development.
