摘要
文章分析了并新形势下无损检测工序的各种典型问题,针对典型问题提出了提升管理水平的措施,首先提升主要无损检测方法工作质量为前提,重体系及绩效、重文化氛围营造、重技术管理、重过程控制,关注无损检测人员资格、焊接返修及工序检测衔接和重要活动的无损检测策划,PDCA(计划-执行-控制-总结);检测本质质量提升后可有效验证工程焊接及检验质量,提升核电工程无损检测管理水平可促进核安全文化在核电工程建设中的有效推广。
This paper analyzes the typical problems of the nondestructive testing process under the new situation, and puts forward the measures to improve the management level of the typical problems. We can improve the quality of the main nondestructive testing methods as the prerequisite; pay more attention to the system and performance, the construction of the cultural atmosphere, the technology management, the process control to the nondestructive testing. PDCA(Plan-Do-Check/Control-Action) can effectively verify the quality of engineering welding and inspection, and can improve the management level of NDT in nuclear power engineering to promote the effective promotion of nuclear safety culture in the construction of nuclear power project.
