“四型人才”导向的“四跨”——中国政法大学法治人才培养新模式

摘要
中国当前的法学教育和法治人才培养存在着重知识传授轻道德熏陶,知识教学与实践教学脱节,学科交叉融合不够,涉外型高素质法治人才培养不够等四大问题。为解决这些问题,中国政法大学在本科人才培养方面坚持"德法兼修、明法笃行"的人才培养导向,以提升人才培养质量为核心,探索形成了具有中国特色的"跨学科专业、跨理论实践、跨学院学校、跨国家地区"的"四跨"卓越法治人才培养模式。经过多年实践,该模式培养了一大批高素质法治人才,毕业生发展状况良好,复合型效果明显,引领了国内法学院校的教育教学改革。
China's current legal education and the cultivation of rule of law personnel have four major problems,such as attaching more importance to knowledge transfer but ignoring moral edification,disconnecting knowledge teaching from practical teaching,insufficient cross-disciplinary integration,and insufficient training of high-quality foreign-related legal talents. In order to solve these problems,China University of Political Science and Law has developed "four-span"training mode with Chinese characteristics of "interdisciplinary majors,cross-theoretical practice,inter-college schools,and cross-country regions",adhering to the"training both integrity and ability,keeping law in mind and practicing earnestly"talent training orientation. After many years of practice,the results of this model have trained a large number of high-quality rule of law talents. The graduates have developed well and the compound effect is obvious and this law talent training mode is on the way leading education and teaching reform of domestic law schools.
