摘要
【目的】对70份外引改良玉米种质材料进行抗病性鉴定,筛选出抗病材料,为抗病玉米育种奠定基础。【方法】同时采用田间人工接种鉴定和自然发病两种方法,对70份外引改良玉米种质材料进行南方锈病、纹枯病、大斑病和小斑病抗性鉴定。【结果】通过人工接种抗病性鉴定,筛选出高抗南方玉米锈病材料5份、纹枯病材料11份、大斑病材料4份和小斑病材料6份,中抗4种病害材料1份,高抗大、小斑病和纹枯病材料2份以及兼抗3种病害材料22份。【结论】参试的种质材料对广西玉米主要病害的抗性较丰富,其中一些材料具有多抗性。这些多抗性种质材料的筛选对广西玉米抗病育种具有重要利用价值,可拓宽抗性基因遗传基础,是今后开展抗病育种的重要基础材料。
        【Objective】To lay a foundation for disease-resistance maize breeding, the disease resistance of 70 introduced and improved maize were identified and screened.【Method】Two kinds of methods of artificial inoculation identification and natural incidence were used at the same time, and the resistance of 70 introduced and improved maize to southern corn rust, corn sheath blight, northern and southern leaf blight were identified.【Result 】Through the identification of disease resistance by artificial inoculation, 5 high resistance materials to southern corn rust, 11 materials to corn sheath blight, 4 materials to northern leaf blight, 6 materials to southern leaf blight, 1 medium resistance material to 4 kinds of diseases, 2 high resistance materials to corn sheath blight, northern and southern leaf blight, and 22 materials to 3 kinds of diseases were screened out.【Conclusion】The tested germplasm materials had abundant resistance to main diseases of maize in Guangxi, and some of them had multiple resistance. The screening of these multi-resistant germplasm materials was valuable for maize disease resistance breeding in Guangxi, and able to broaden the genetic basis of resistance genes which was an important basic material for disease resistance breeding in the future.
