胺碘酮联合美托洛尔静脉注射治疗40例快速心律失常的效果观察

摘要
目的 :比较胺碘酮联合美托洛尔静脉注射治疗快速心律失常的临床疗效。方法 :将80例快速心律失常患者随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组以胺碘酮治疗,观察组以胺碘酮联合美托洛尔静脉注射治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果 :观察组治疗有效率和窦性心律转复率均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后观察组心率、舒张压及收缩压均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组不良反应发生率组间差异不显著(P> 0.05)。观察组药物起效时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :为快速心律失常患者实施胺碘酮联合美托洛尔静脉注射治疗,可有效提高患者治疗效果,尽可能实现窦性心律转复,且可改善患者血压、心率水平,用药安全可靠。
Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia. Methods: Eighty patients with tachyarrhythmia were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 40 cases each. The control group was treated with amiodarone while the observation group with amiodarone combined with metoprolol. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results: The therapeutic effectiveness rate and sinus rhythm conversion rate were significantly higher but the heart rate, diastolic and systolic blood pressure were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group after treatment(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). The onset time of drugs was significantly shorter in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Amiodarone combined with metoprolol intravenous injection for patients with tachyarrhythmia can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and the blood pressure and heart rate levels of patients, achieve sinus rhythm reversion as far as possible, and the medication is safe and reliable.
