利用地理国情监测更新基础地理信息的方法

摘要
以湖北省基础地理信息更新需求为基础,通过对比分析省级基础地理信息和地理国情监测指标体系及其数据,得到其要素与属性的对应关系;从更新指标确定、要素匹配、变化识别、图形与属性更新等方面设计了一套利用地理国情监测成果更新基础地理信息的技术路线;并以水系为例进行了实践。该方法不仅为基础地理信息更新提供了思路和技术支撑,而且提高了地理国情监测成果的应用价值。
Based on the basic geographical information update requirements of Hubei Province, we compared and analyzed the provincial basic geographical information and geographical conditions monitoring index system and itsdata, and obtained the corresponding relationship between their elements and attributes. In this paper, we used geographical conditions monitoring results to design a set of methods for updating basic geographical information from the aspects of update indicator determination, factor matching, change identification, graph and attribute update. And then, we took the water system for example to illustrate and practice this method. The method not only provides ideas and technical support for the basic geographical information update, but also improves the application value of geographical conditions monitoring result.
