摘要
目的研究4个栽培年限(1、2、3、5年)丹参Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.颜色与9种活性成分含有量的相关性。方法精密色差仪测定色度值(L*、a*、b*),HPLC法测定水溶性成分(紫草酸、丹酚酸B、迷迭香酸、原儿茶醛酸、丹参素钠)和脂溶性成分(二氢丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ)含有量,通过Pearson相关性分析考察颜色与各成分含有量的相关性。结果 2年生丹参的L*、b*值最高,3年生者a*值最高,5年生者各色度值均最低。各成分含有量均在3年生者中达到最高。紫草酸、丹参素钠与各色度值均无显著相关性,丹酚酸B、迷迭香酸、丹参酮ⅡA与其均呈显著正相关,原儿茶醛酸与其均呈显著负相关。结论栽培年限为3年的丹参质量较高。
        AIM To study the correlations between colors and contents of nine active constituents of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. with four growth years( one,two,three and five years). METHODS The chromatic values( L*,a*and b*) were determined by precise color difference meter. HPLC was applied to determining the contents of water-soluble constituents( lithospermic acid,salvianolic acid B,rosmarinic acid,protocatechuic aldehyde acid and salvianic acid A sodium) and liposoluble-soluble constituents( dihydrotanshinoneⅠ,cryptotanshinone,tanshinone Ⅰand tanshinone ⅡA). Then the correlations between colors and contents of various constituents were investigated by Pearson correlation analysis. RESULTS L*and b*values of two growth-year S. miltiorrhiza,together with a*value of three growth-year S. miltiorrhiza,were the highest,but various chromatic values of five growth-year S. miltiorrhiza were all the lowest. The contents of various constituents in three growth-year S. miltiorrhiza reached the highest. Lithospermic acid and salvianic acid A sodium showed no significant correlations with various chromatic values,salvianolic B,rosmarinic acid and tanshinone ⅡA exhibited significantly positive correlations with them,and protocatechuic aldehyde had significantly negative correlations with them. CONCLUSION The quality of three growth-year S. miltiorrhiza is relatively high.
