摘要
中交汇通横琴广场工程钢板剪力墙单片数量多,面积大,施工工艺复杂,安装及焊接量大,焊接变形及残余应力控制难度大。项目前期对钢板墙进行了科学合理的深化设计,过程中运用单片薄板钢板墙防变形施工技术、刚性支撑防变形施工技术、变形监测施工技术、调整优化焊接工艺等多项新技术,通过这些新技术的运用,在质量、安全和进度管理上取得了良好的效果。
        The steel plate shear wall of the CCCC Hengqin Huitong Financial World project has a large number of single-pieces, large area, complicated construction process, large installation and welding volume, and difficult welding deformation and residual stress control. In the early stage of the project, the scientific and reasonable deepening design of the steel plate wall was carried out. In the process, a number of new technologies such as single-piece steel wall anti-deformation construction technology, rigid support anti-deformation construction technology, deformation monitoring construction technology, adjustment and optimization welding technology were adopted. The use of these new technologies has achieved good results in quality, safety and schedule management.
