摘要
医疗建筑对通风系统的密闭性、洁净度及温度等要比常规建筑高很多,且其联排内衬风管的通风井道较多、风井建筑空间有限、工序穿插较多,容易出现风井砌体砌筑后风管无法安装、风管安装后风井隔墙无法砌筑、构造柱无法合模等问题。结合某医疗建筑项目风井砌体与风管的设计,对现场施工工序以及隔墙材料作了改进,解决了医疗建筑项目中风井建筑空间有限、风井砌体与风管立管间距不满足安装要求等问题,可供类似工程施工参考。
        The requirements for the airtightness, cleanliness and temperature of the ventilation system of medical buildings are much higher than those of the conventional buildings such as residential buildings and office buildings,resulting in more ventilation shafts for rows of lining air ducts, limited construction space for the air shafts, and more interspersed working procedures, so it is easy to cause problems that the air ducts cannot be installed after the air shaft masonry is built, the air shaft partition wall cannot be built after the air ducts are installed, and the mould for structural column cannot be closed. Combined with the design of air shaft masonry and air ducts of a medical building project, the on-site construction procedure and the partition wall materials were improved, which solved the problems of the limited construction space of the air shaft in the medical building, and the insufficient distance of installation between the air shaft masonry and the air duct riser and provided a reference for similar engineering construction.
