大采高综采工作面过环形装架硐室的技术研究

摘要
为缩短大采高支架整架安装及运输距离,满足生产接续要求,3605 (1)综采工作面轨道顺槽拐点处设计使用二级支架环形组装硐室。根据硐室空间状态,结合工作面开采现场实际,通过科学分析制定详实方案并创新做法,确保了环形装架硐室的推采安全。
        In order to shorten the installation and transportation distance of large mining height support and meet the requirements of production continuity, the circular assembly chamber with secondary support was designed and used at the inflection point of the track in 3605(1) fully mechanized mining face. According to the space state of the chamber and the actual situation of the working face, based on the scientific analysis, a detailed scheme is formulated and innovative methods are adopted to ensure the safety of pushing mining in the ring-shaped mounted chamber.
