摘要
针对汽车中后桥壳不同系列不同品种两轴头键槽不同的加工工艺要求,创新研发出一种适应机器人上下料的双面数控键槽铣专用机床。介绍了该机床所能达到的加工产品工艺要求、机床整体布局,着重阐述了机床关键部件自动化工装夹具、数控十字滑台、主轴单元式主轴箱和快换刀辅具的设计。
Aiming at the different processing requirements of different series of two-axis keyway in different rear axle shell of automobile,this paper develops a special double-sided NC keyway milling machine which is suitable for loading and unloading robots. This paper introduces the processing technology requirements of the machine tool,the overall layout of the machine tool,and focuses on the design of the key parts of the machine tool automatic fixture,CNC cross slide table,spindle unit spindle box and quick-change tool aids.
