摘要
装载机是一种广泛用于公路、铁路、建筑、水电、港口、矿山等建设工程的铲土运输机械,也是工程建设中需求最大的机种。装载机的驱动桥是装载机的重要部件,负责向外输出动力和制动,其工作性能的好坏直接影响到整机的工作性能。驱动桥用齿轮油作为增加润滑、减少摩擦磨损的重要介质,其性能直接影响到驱动桥的性能。分析了装载机干式制动和湿式制动的技术特点,并对新型湿式制动驱动桥用油进行分析,结果表明:中石化的产品能够给湿式制动驱动桥提供良好的润滑保护,解决了目前湿式制动装载机制动异响、制动迟缓、制动高温等问题,保证其安全、高效的作业。
        The loader is a shovel transportation machine which is widely used in road,railway,construction,hydropower,ports,mines and other construction projects,and it is also the most demanding model in the construction of the projects. The drive axle of the loader is an important part,which is responsible for outputting power and braking outwards. The performance of the drive axle directly affects the working performance of the loader. Drive gear oil is used as an important medium to increase lubrication and reduce friction and wear,and its performance affects the performance of the drive axle directly. The technical characteristics of the dry brake and wet brake of the loader were analyzed,and the requirement of lubricant of the new wet brake bridge was analyzed. The results show that Sinopec lubricant can provide good lubrication protection for the wet drive brake bridge and solve the problems of brake abnormal noise,brake delay,high temperature braking of the wet brake loader at present,which can ensure its safety and efficiency operation.
