中西医结合治疗老年性膝骨关节炎的疗效分析

摘要
目的探讨分析中西医结合治疗老年性膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法 90例老年性膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组及对照组,各45例。对照组给予西医治疗,研究组给予中西医结合治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗前后的膝关节Lysholm评分。结果两组患者治疗前膝关节Lysholm评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组膝关节Lysholm评分为(73.15±14.83)分,明显优于对照组的(66.42±13.64)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗老年性膝骨关节炎的临床疗效显著,有助于患者的康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate and analyze clinical effect by combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 90 senile knee osteoarthritis patients as study subjects were randomly divided into research group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received Western medicine for treatment, and the research group received combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for treatment. Comparison was made on knee joint Lysholm scores before and after treatment between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference of knee joint Lysholm score before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the research group had obviously better knee joint Lysholm score as(73.15±14.83) points than(66.42±13.64) points in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine shows excellent clinical effect in treating senile knee osteoarthritis. This method is helpful for rehabilitation in patients, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
