摘要
通过建立柱塞偶件的力学模型,应用缝隙流动理论对柱塞泵偶件在有无侧向力及3种不同配合间隙(0. 025 mm、0. 03 mm、0. 05 mm)的条件下,进行了泄漏量的计算。同时,使用Hy Pneu仿真软件建立了泄漏测试仿真模型,进行泄漏量的仿真计算。试验测试结果表明:仿真计算与理论计算吻合度为99. 5%。根据仿真结果改进后的A10V泵性能优良,泄漏量减少,使用寿命明显提高,效率略高于同类进口产品。
Through the establishment of the mechanical model of the plunger matching parts,under the condition that whether there is a lateral force and three different fit gaps( 0. 025 mm,0. 03 mm,0. 05 mm),the gap flow theory is used to calculate the leakage of the plunger pump. HyPneu simulation software is used to establish the leakage test simulation model and the leakage rate is simulated. The experimental results show that the coincidence between simulation and theoretical calculation is 99. 5%. According to the simulation results,the improved A10 V pump has better performance,for less leakage and longer service life,and its volumetric efficiency is slightly higher than that of similar imported products.
