摘要
目的分析高尿酸血症(HUA)血清尿酸水平与糖耐量异常指标的相关性。方法选取北京市垂杨柳医院心内科2014年4月—2017年4月收治的92例HUA患者为观察组,选择同期健康体检者60例作为对照组,比较两组血清尿酸(UA)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平及胰岛素抵抗(IR)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)变化,分析血清尿酸水平与血糖相关指标的相关性。结果 HUA组血清UA、FPG、2 h PG、FINS和IR均高于对照组,ISI值低于健康组(P<0.05)。HUA患者UA与FPG、2 h PG、FINS、IR均呈正相关(r=0.692、0.821、0.769、0.772;P<0.05),与ISI值呈负相关(r=-0.78,P<0.05)。结论高尿酸水平可引发糖耐量异常,导致血糖升高及IR。
        Objective To analyze correlation between serum uric acid( UA) level and glucose tolerance abnormal indexes in patients with hyperuricemia( HUA). Methods A total of 92 HUA patients admitted during April 2014 and April 2017 were selected as HUA group,and other 60 healthy people taking medical examination at the same period were used as control group. Changes of serum UA,fasting plasma glucose( FPG),2 h postprandial glucose( 2 h PG),fasting insulin( FINS),insulin resistance( IR) and insulin sensitivity index( ISI) levels were compared between in two groups,and correlations between serum UA level and related blood glucose indexes were analyzed. Results In HUA group,serum UA,FPG,2 h PG,FINS and IR levels were significantly higher,while ISI level was significantly lower than those in control group( P < 0. 05). UA level was positively correlated with FPG,2 h PG,FINS and IR levels( r =0. 692,0. 821,0. 769 and 0. 772; P < 0. 05),and the level was negatively correlated with ISI level in HUA group( r =-0. 78; P < 0. 05) Conclusion High UA level may lead to impaired glucose tolerance,elevated blood glucose and increased insulin resistance.
