摘要
目的探讨分析α硫辛酸(ALA)对2型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者的功能恢复及预后的影响。方法选择2017年4月~2018年4月我院住院收治的100例2型DPN患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组给予甲钴胺治疗,观察组给予ALA治疗,两组均以2周为1个疗程,观察评估症状改善及神经传导速度变化。结果观察组总有效率为96%,高于对照组(82%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的腓总神经传导速度为(42.03±1.20)m/s,高于对照组的(35.19±1.52)m/s;观察组的正中神经传导速度为(42.88±3.11)m/s,高于对照组的(39.89±2.98)m/s,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ALA治疗2型DPN可显著改善患者肌电图神经传导速度,从而提高治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,在临床上值得推广应用。
        Objective To investigate the effect of alpha-Lipoic Acid(ALA) on functional recovery and prognosis in patients with peripheral neuropathy of type 2 diabetes mellitus(DPN). Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 DPN received in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected for study. They were divided into the control group and observation group according to random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given Methylcobalamin treatment, the observation group was given ALA treatment, both groups were 2 weeks for 1 courses to observe the improvement of the two groups of symptoms, and the determination of nerve conduction velocity, evaluation of the two groups of clinical effects. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96%, higher than that of the control group(82%), and there was significant difference(P<0.05). The total peroneal nerve conduction velocity of the observation group was(42.03±1.20) m/s, higher than that of the control group(35.19±1.52) m/s; The median nerve conduction velocity of the observation group was(42.88±3.11) m/s, higher than that of the control group(39.89±2.98) m/s, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of type 2 DPN by ALA can improve the nerve conduction velocity, improve the clinical treatment effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
