摘要
吐孜洛克气田区块位于塔里木油田库车坳陷依奇克里克构造带吐孜洛克背斜构造,该区块吉迪克层位二开段逆断层、三开段低压诱导性裂缝发育丰富,因开采井注酸地层被严重破坏,已钻8口井均发生不同程度漏失,严重制约了钻井提速且产生了较高钻井液成本。通过对已钻井漏失情况及原因、处理过程进行分析,钻井液现场采取随钻防漏技术及桥堵、复合堵等堵漏方法和工艺,以此来减少漏失的发生与漏失量,探索出了一套适合该区块防漏、治漏、堵漏、提高地层承压能力和减少漏失的堵漏工艺技术。
        The Tuyuluo gas field block is located in the Tuqiluoke anticline structure of the Yiqikeke tectonic belt in the Kuqa depression,Tarim Oilfield.The low-pressure induced fracture development of the reverse fault and the third open section of the second open section of the Gidek layer in this block Rich,due to the serious destruction of the acid injection formation in the mining well,the eight wells that have been drilled have experienced different degrees of leakage,which seriously restricts the speed of drilling and generates higher drilling fluid costs.Through the analysis of the lost and the reasons and the treatment process,the drilling fluid adopts the drilling and leakage prevention technology and the plugging and compound plugging methods and processes to reduce the occurrence and loss of leakage,and explored A set of plugging technology suitable for preventing leakage,leaking,plugging,improving the pressure bearing capacity of the formation and reducing leakage.
