组合U肋钢桥面板受力性能研究

摘要
为改善以往正交异性钢桥面板局部应力集中,提出钢-混组合U肋钢桥面板新型构造.通过钢桥面板有限元分析,研究车轮荷载作用下钢桥面板变形及焊接接头疲劳热点应力分布.研究结果显示,与以往设置12 mm顶板的钢桥面板相比,组合U肋钢桥面板的顶板焊趾热点应力降低约50%,焊根冷点应力降低约70%,可改善顶板与U肋焊接接头的应力集中.U肋与横隔板焊接接头热点应力降低约30%,横隔板弧形切口热点应力降低约20%,可改善U肋与横隔板结合部的应力集中.顶板竖向挠度降低约50%,有利于改善沥青混合料铺装层受力.钢-混组合U肋钢桥面板刚度大,焊接接头应力集中得到缓解,有望改善钢桥面板受力性能.
        In order to improve the local stress concentration of orthotropic steel bridge deck, a new structure of steel-concrete composite U-ribbed steel bridge deck was proposed. Based on the finite element analysis of steel bridge deck, the deformation of steel bridge deck and the distribution of fatigue hot spot stress of welded joints under wheel load were studied. The research results show that, compared with the steel bridge deck with 12 mm top plate, the hot spot stress of the deck plate welding toe of the top plate welding toe of the combined U-ribbed steel bridge deck is reduced by about 50 %, and the cold spot stress of the welding root is reduced by about 70 %, which can improve the stress concentration of the welding joint between the top plate and the U-ribbed steel bridge deck. The hot spot stress of welded joint between U-rib and diaphragm is reduced by about 30 %, and the hot spot stress of arc notch of diaphragm is reduced by about 20 %, which can improve the stress concentration of joint between U-rib and diaphragm. The vertical deflection of the roof is reduced by about 50 %, which is beneficial to improving the stress of asphalt mixture pavement. The steel-concrete composite U-rib steel bridge deck has large rigidity, and the stress concentration of welded joints is relieved, which is expected to improve the mechanical performance of the steel bridge deck.
