摘要
总结了管桩施工不合格的处理方法,其中桩承载力不足、偏位、倾斜的处理方法及桩身完整性为Ⅳ类桩时的接桩处理方法同样适合于其他预制桩和灌注桩,具有一定的通用性。该处理方法弥补了目前国内这方面资料的不足,对设计人员有一定的参考价值。通过分析指出:《建筑桩基技术规范》(JGJ 94—2008)第7. 4. 5条"四桩承台中的桩允许偏位为1/2桩径或边长"的规定过松,不安全;《建筑桩基技术规范》(JGJ 94—2008)应规定混凝土预制桩倾斜率限值。并介绍了某18层建筑大量管桩偏位、断桩和倾斜的处理方法。
        The treatment methods of unqualified pipe pile construction were summarized. The treatment methods of pile bearing capacity insufficiency,deviation,inclination and pile body integrity of Ⅳ type pile were also suitable for other prefabricated and cast-in-place piles,which had certain universality. This treatment method made up for the shortage of domestic information in this field,and had a certain reference value for designers. Through analysis,it is pointed out that the section 7. 4. 5 of Technical code for building pile foundation( JGJ 94—2008) stipulating " the allowable deviation of pile in four pile caps is 1/2 pile diameter or side length" is unsafe; Technical code for building pile foundation( JGJ 94—2008)should stipulate the limit value of inclination ratio of precast concrete piles. The treatment methods of deviation,broken pile and inclination of a large number of pipe piles in an 18-storey building were also introduced.
