浅层掏土法在CFG桩复合地基高层建筑中的理论与应用研究

摘要
为了解决浅层掏土法在CFG桩复合地基中的应用问题,首先基于浅层掏土法的基本原理,应用弹塑性力学理论对掏土后CFG桩复合地基的复合模量以及沉降理论进行分析和参数确定。然后以一实际CFG桩复合地基高层建筑纠偏工程实例为背景,应用有限元数值分析软件对阻沉加固、纠倾(掏土、堆载)等阶段进行全过程模拟分析,验证提出理论的正确性和合理性。通过理论计算值与数值模拟结果的对比分析,结果表明纠偏建筑物四个角计算值与模拟值最大差值为10.1mm,误差为12.4%,最小差值为2mm,说明提出的计算方法能够解决复合地基浅层掏土纠偏设计问题。
        In order to solve the application problem of shallow digging method in CFG pile composite foundation, based on the basic principle of shallow digging method, the composite modulus and settlement theory of CFG pile composite foundation after digging were analyzed and determined by using elastic-plastic mechanics theory. Then, based on the background of an actual high-rise building CFG pile composite foundation rectification project, the finite element numerical analysis software was used to simulate the whole process of settlement reinforcement, rectification(digging and surcharge) and other stages to verify the correctness and rationality of the proposed theory. Through the comparison and analysis between the theoretical calculation value and the numerical simulation result, the results show that the maximum difference between the calculated value and the simulated value of the four angles of the rectifying building is 10.1 mm, with an error of 12.4% and a minimum error of 2 mm, indicating that the proposed calculation method can solve the problem of the rectification design of the shallow digging of composite foundation.
