摘要
如何落实基于BIM技术的建设工程质量监管是全面提升建设工程质量监管水平的一大难题,鉴于此,本文从政府支持、业主驱动和主导、BIM技术应用及监管人员能力四个方面展开分析,重点探讨其落实的前提条件,提出具备一定的前提条件是实现BIM技术在建设工程质量监管中较好应用的坚实基础,才能使得建设工程质量监管人员从只是BIM技术应用过程的旁观者,转变为真正的参与者和使用者。
        How to implement the quality supervision of construction engineering based on BIM technology is one of the major problems of comprehensively promote the level of quality supervision of construction engineering. This article mainly discussed the precondition of implementing the quality supervision of construction engineering based on BIM technology by analyzing it from the perspective of government support,motivation and predominance of project owner,application of BIM technology and the capability of the quality supervisor of construction engineering,thereby suggesting that having certain conditions is the solid foundation for realizing the better implementation of BIM technology in the quality supervision of construction engineering and can change the quality supervisor of construction engineering from being a bystander to being a real participant and user in the process of using BIM technology.
