骨髓增生异常综合征合并干燥综合征2例病例报道及文献复习

<正>骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)是一种人体造血干细胞恶性克隆性的疾病,近几年关于骨髓增生异常综合征合并白塞氏病、系统性红斑狼疮等风湿免疫性疾病多有报道,但合并干燥综合征报道较少,本文就我院收治的骨髓增生异常综合征合并干燥综合征的2例病例进行报道并对相关文献进行复习总结,进一步揭示两者的关系。1病例摘要病例1:女性,66岁,糖尿病病史10年,胰岛素及口服二
