With the rapid development of oncology, multidisciplinary comprehensive therapy has become the main direction in the treatment of malignant tumors. The traditional teaching of oncology is the core therapy which mainly teaches a disease. The concept of multidisciplinary comprehensive therapy has not been popularized in the teaching of oncology, and the training of high quality medical talents in oncology is limited. Based on the concept of multidisciplinary comprehensive therapy, this paper mainly expounds the concrete way and teaching significance of MDT model in clinical teaching of oncology, and trains students' medical concept and rigorous clinical thinking through MDT teaching mode. Develop and improve their diagnosis and treatment skills, clinical scientific research ability and medical humanistic care.
