摘要
酿酒工程专业是四川轻化工大学一本招生的特色专业,是该校生物工程学院重点打造的服务西南地区白酒特色产业的学科。为了提升该专业学生的工程实践能力,让学生在4年的学习生活中学有所用,毕业后能够服务于全国金三角白酒产业,该专业在参考国内外优秀的实践教学体系的基础上,打造适合四川轻化工大学院情的实践教学体系,为该专业的发展提供一套有效的实践教学制度体系,使该专业成为在全国范围内卓有成效的酿酒特色专业。
        Brewery engineering was a one of the special majors in Sichuan University of Light Chemical Industry,and it was a key subject in Sichuan University of Light Chemical Industry,which served the characteristic liquor industry in southwest China.In order to enhance engineering practice ability of students in this specialty,let students learn useful in their four-year study and life,and after graduation,they can serve the liquor industry in the Golden Triangle of the whole country. On the basis of referring to excellent practice teaching system both in China and other countries,this major aims to build a practical teaching system suitable for conditions of Sichuan University of Light Chemical Industry and provide an effective practical teaching system for development of this major,and make this major become an effective wine making specialty in the whole country.
