摘要
研究了薄荷素油超高效合相色谱特征图谱采集方法。薄荷素油经正己烷稀释,以合相色谱仪分离,CO2为流动相,甲醇-乙腈(1:1,V/V)为助溶剂,梯度洗脱,PDA检测器测定,建立了特征峰PDA光谱谱图库及薄荷素油标准对照特征图谱。结合待检样品与标准对照特征图谱特征峰PDA光谱图检索比对及色谱图相似度评价,对薄荷素油、掺留兰香油样本分别进行了测试分析,其中薄荷素油样品与标准对照特征图谱相似度均大于0. 95,掺0. 5%以上留兰香油样本与标准对照特征图谱相似度均低于0. 90,标准对照特征图谱专属性较好。方法为薄荷素油质量控制及鉴别分析提供了参考手段。
        An acquisition method for specific chromatogram of peppermint oil by ultra performance convergence chromatograpy( UPC2) was studied. The peppermint oil was diluted by hexane and separated on UPC2 system,with CO2 as the mobile phase and methanol-acetonitrile( 1: 1,V/V) as cosolvent,by gradient elution at a total flow of 0. 8 m L/min with PDA detector. A spectral library of characteristicpeaks and standard specific chromatogram of peppermint oil was established. In this study,peppermint oils and peppermint oil adulterated with spearmint oil were tested by UPC2. By comparison with the characteristic peaks from PDA library and similarity evaluation,we found the resemblance of specific chromatogram was above 0. 95 among peppermint oils and standard control,and the resemblance of specific chromatogram was lower than 0. 90 among samples which contains more than 0. 5% spearmint oil and standard control. The standard specific chromatogram has a good specificity. This method provides a new reference tool for the quality control and identification of peppermint oils.
