摘要
按照GB/T 5532-2008《动植物油脂碘值的测定》不能够准确测出共轭油脂及脂肪酸的碘值。适当延长韦氏液的反应时间和控制反应温度是准确测试含有共轭双键油脂、油酸碘值的关键。提出了"隔夜碘值"的概念,该方法是对GB/T 5532-2008《动植物油脂碘值的测定》测试方法的完善和补充。当反应温度为25℃,反应时间为12 h以上时能完全测试出产品的碘值。
        By GB/T 5532-2008"Animal and vegetalbe fats and oils-determination of iodine value"method,the iodine value of conjugated oils, fats and fatty acids cannot be accurately tested. Properly extending the reaction time of the Wijs reagent and controlling the reaction temperature are the key to accurately test the iodine value of oils, fats and fatty acids with conjugated double bonds. The article puts forward the concept of "overnight iodine value", which is a perfection and supplement to the test method of GB/T 5532-2008 "Animal and vegetable oils and fats-determination of iodine value". When the reaction temperature is 25℃ and the reaction time is 12 hours or more, the iodine value of the product can be completely tested by this method.
