清肝明目汤治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变临床观察

摘要
①目的观察经验方清肝明目汤治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变临床疗效。②方法将60例肝郁阴虚、血热妄行证的糖尿病性视网膜病变患者随机分为观察组32例和对照组28例。对照组给予基础治疗加胰激肽原酶肠溶片120μ,3/日,口服;观察组给予基础治疗加清肝明目汤1/日,水煎早、晚各服1次。两组均治疗3个月。③结果试验结束后观察组FPG、2小时PG、HbAlc,TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C各指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);临床疗效及中医症候改善情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者视力均有改善(P<0.05),但治疗组视力改善更明显(P<0.05)。④结论在西医基础治疗上联合清肝明目汤可有效改善糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床症状,促进视力恢复,更好的控制血糖、血脂,具有良好的安全性。
Objective Observation on clinical efficacy of Qingganmingmu Decoction in treating diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 60 obese diabetic retinopathy of liver depression and yin deficiency and blood-heat delusion syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases) and control group(28 cases).The control group was given basic treatment plus pancreatic kallikrein enteric-coated tablets for 120μ,3/day,while the treatment group was given basic treatment plus Qingganmingmu Decoction for 1 dose of water decoction every day,once in the morning and once in the evening.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Results After the experiment,the indexes of FPG,2 hPG,HbAlc,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The clinical efficacy and improvement of TCM symptoms were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);Visual acuity improved in all two groups(P<0.05),but visual acuity improved significantly in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion In basic treatment,Qingganmingmu Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic retinopathy,promote visual recovery,better control blood sugar and lipid,and has good safety.
