摘要
目的探究Cook宫颈扩张球囊用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产的临床应用价值。方法选取我院收治的具备引产特征的153例孕妇为研究对象,按照患者的意愿随机分成两组,实验组79例、对照组74例。实验组选用Cook宫颈扩张球囊,对照组选用普贝生,对比两组的促宫颈成熟有效率和引产成功率,记录各个产程时间及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者Bishop评分均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05)且实验组的Bishop评分提高程明显大于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的促子宫成熟总有效率以及引产总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的各产程时间明显小于对照组(P<0.05);实验组临产时间及剖宫产率明显小于对照组(P<0.05);实施治疗后,实验组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组新生儿胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、转入NICU比率无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 Cook宫颈扩张球囊能够促进宫颈成熟,缩短产程,降低并发症发生率,适合临床应用。
        Objective To explore the clinical application value of Cook cervical dilatation balloon for cervical ripening and induction of labor in term pregnancy. Methods 153 cases of pregnant women who were treatmented in our hospital with the characteristics of induction of labor were selected as the research subject and randomly divided into the experiment group( n = 79) and the control group( n = 74). The experimental group used Cook balloon dilatation of the cervix,the control group used propess. The rate of cervical ripening and the success rate of labor induction were compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment,The Bishop scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment( P < 0. 05),and the improvement of Bishop score in the experimental group was significantly greater than that in the control group( P < 0. 05); The total effective rate of induced uterine maturation and the total effective rate of induced labor in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05); The labor time of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group( P < 0. 05); The experimental group of labor and cesarean section rate was significantly lower than that of control group( P < 0. 05); After treatment,The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05); The two groups of neonates with fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia,and transferred to the NICU ratio had no significant change( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Cook cervical dilation saccule can promote cervical ripening,shorten labor and reduce incidence of complications,which is suitable for clinical application.
