牙周基础治疗对重度侵袭性牙周炎患者血清及龈沟液中TNF-α、IL-4水平的影响

摘要
目的观察重度侵袭性牙周炎患者应用牙周基础治疗对血清及龈沟液中TNF-α、IL-4水平的影响。方法选取2016年10月~2017年10月在本院收治的112例重度Ag P患者临床资料,均接受3个月牙周基础治疗,比较治疗前后牙周健康状况及血清、龈沟液中TNF-α、IL-4水平。结果治疗3个月后的PLI(2.31±0.26)、PD(2.26±0.24)mm、BI(2.06±0.41)、AL(1.34±0.92)mm指标值均比治疗前低(P<0.05),血清中TNF-α、IL-4含量与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义,而龈沟液中TNF-α含量(3 605.14±315.26)pg/ml比治疗前少,IL-4含量(295.72±22.46)pg/ml均比治疗前多(P<0.05)。结论重度Ag P患者通过牙周基础治疗后,牙周健康显著改善,降低龈沟液中TNF-α含量,提高IL-4含量,促进牙周炎症减轻,但对血清内TNF-α、IL-4含量无明显影响。
Objective To observe the effects of periodontal therapy on serum and TNF-α and IL-4 levels in patients with severe invasive periodontitis. Methods The clinical data of 112 patients with severe Ag P admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected and all received periodontal basic therapy for 3 months. The periodontal health status and serum and gingival crevicular fluid levels were compared before and after treatment TNF-α, IL-4 levels. Results PLI(2.31±0.26), PD(2.26±0.24) mm, BI(2.06±0.41) and AL(1.34±0.92) mm index values were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05). The levels of TNF-α and IL-4 were not statistically different from those before treatment, but the level of TNF-α in the gingival crevicular fluid was(3 605.14±315.26) pg/ml less than before treatment, and the IL-4 content was(295.72±22.46) pg/ml.The was higher than before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion After periodontal treatment of severe Ag P patients, periodontal health is significantly improved, TNF-α content in gingival crevicular fluid is decreased, IL-4 content is increased, and periodontal inflammation is reduced, but serum TNF-α and IL-4 are reduced. No significant effect on the content.
