审核评估视角下学校内部教学质量监控体系的建设成效、发展特色及改进措施

摘要
为适应《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》对高校本科教学工作的要求,对高校教学质量监控体系建设进行审核评估具有重要意义。本文主要论述审核评估视角下,学校结合办学特色和人才培养模式,转变办学理念,不断建立健全质量保障体系和提升质量保障能力;不断总结、研究和创新,学校内部质量保障体系建设已见成效,但对教育教学质量保障体系仍需要不断完善和改进。
In order to meet the requirements of the outline of national medium-and long-term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)for undergraduate teaching,it is of great significance to review and evaluate the construction of teaching quality monitoring system in universities.From the perspective of audit and evaluation,this paper mainly discusses the transformation of school philosophy by combining school characteristics and personnel training mode,and the continuous establishment and improvement of quality assurance system and capacity.The internal quality assurance system construction of the school has achieved results,but the education teaching quality assurance system still needs to be constantly improved and improved.
