摘要
为了解决锅炉燃用高硫煤结焦严重的问题,分析了燃烧器结焦的主要原因,建立了某火电厂四角切圆锅炉燃用高硫煤燃烧分析模型,提出燃烧器一、二次风配风优化方法,并进行了数值分析比较。最后通过试验验证了该方法在抑制结焦方面的有效性。
In order to solve the severe agglomerating problem in boiler burning coal with high sulfur content,the paper analyzes the coking cause of the burner,establishes the model of combustion analysis,proposes the optimization method for the burner air distribution mode of primary and secondary air,and makes the numerical analysis and comparison.Finally,the paper verilles the effectiveness of the method of controlling coking by the tests.
