摘要
CaCO_3结晶是油田注水管网和井筒的主要结垢类型,严重影响水驱效果。针对油田采出水在水质稳定阶段出现CaCO_3沉淀的情况,分别利用添加化学药剂和树脂软化技术来抑制CaCO_3结晶。通过对部分站膜过滤后的采出水进行取样实验,确定了当油田回注水油藏温度≤60℃时,可投加适宜阻垢剂,最佳阻垢剂选用HEDP;温度>60℃时可采取树脂交换技术,最佳树脂选用C100E,该树脂可较好的去除Ca~(2+)离子功能,去除率≥98%。这两种技术具有良好的可靠性,为控制油田注水水质提供了理论依据。
        CaCO_3 crystal is the main scale of oilfield water injection pipe network and the shaft type, seriously affect the water flooding effect. Stable for oilfield produced water in water phase appear Ca CO_3 precipitation, respectively using adding chemical agents and resin softening technology to suppress Ca CO_3 crystals. Through to the part of the station after the membrane filtration produced water sampling experiment, determine when the oil field water flooding reservoir temperature 60℃ or less back, but adding the appropriate scale inhibitors, the best scale inhibitor choose HEDP; Can take when temperature 60℃ exchange of technology, the best choose C100 E resin, the resin can better remove Ca~(2+) ions function, removal rate of 98% or higher. These two technologies has good reliability, provides a theoretical basis for control of oilfield water injection water quality.
