摘要
目的应用高效液相色谱测定防晒霜中二乙基己基丁酰胺基三嗪酮与维生素E的含量。方法采用Alltima C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇为流动相,梯度流速洗脱,检测波长为210nm,进样量为20μL。结果制剂辅料不干扰二乙基己基丁酰胺基三嗪酮与维生素E的测定,二乙基己基丁酰胺基三嗪酮在24.5~391.1μg·mL~(-1)与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9991),维生素E在24.5~392.0μg·mL~(-1)与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。两者精密度和稳定性试验RSD均小于1.0%,重复性与回收试验RSD均小于3.0%。结论该方法准确,简便,灵敏度高,专属性强,可同时测定防晒霜中二乙基己基丁酰胺基三嗪酮与维生素E的含量。
        Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of iscotrizinol and vitamin E in sun lotions. Methods An Alltima C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used for the separation with mobile phase of methanol and velocity gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. The injection volumn was 20 μL. Results The excipients did not interfere the analysis of iscotrizinol and vitamin E. The linear range of iscotrizinol was 24.5-391.1 μg·mL~(-1)( r = 0.9991). The linear range of vitamin E was 24.5-392.0 μg·mL~(-1)( r = 0.9999). The precision and stability of the two components RSDs were below 1.0%. RSDs of repetitive tests and the spiked recoveries were below 3.0%. Conclusion The method is accurate and simple with high sensitivity and specificity, and which is suitable for the simultaneous determination of iscotrizinol and vitamin E in sun lotions.
