综合护理干预对视网膜脱落患者心理状态的临床意义研究

摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对视网膜脱落患者心理状态的临床意义。方法 80例视网膜脱落的手术患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采取常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上使用综合护理干预。比较两组患者护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果护理后,试验组患者的SAS评分为(28.30±2.12)分、SDS评分为(26.25±2.13)分,对照组患者的SAS评分为(37.22±3.12)分、SDS评分为(39.25±2.47)分,试验组患者的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视网膜脱落患者采取综合护理干预,可以提高生活质量,降低术后疼痛,值得在临床推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical significance of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological state of patients with retinal detachment. Methods A total of 80 patients with retinal detachment were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the control group. Comparison were made on self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) score and self-rating depression scale(SDS) score after nursing between the two groups. Results After nursing, the experimental group had SAS score as(28.30±2.12) points, and SDS score as(26.25±2.13) points, which were(37.22±3.12) and(39.25± 2.47) points in the control group. The experimental group had lower SAS and SDS score than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with retinal detachment can improve the quality of life and reduce postoperative pain, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
