平台连接模式对CEO的战略决策速度的影响——基于交易费用视角

摘要
对CEO的战略决策速度与公司治理绩效过程及结果的影响是需要重视和探明的管理课题。将平台连接模式引入对战略决策过程的效果、经济绩效与测量指标的探究当中,结果发现,平台连接模式对CEO的战略决策速度有正向影响,同时,以交易费用作为衡量公司治理绩效的标准,平台模式和决策速度对交易费用下降有积极作用,为公司治理绩效的改进提供依据。
The impact of CEO's strategic decision-making speed and corporate governance performance process and results is a management subject that needs to be paid attention to and proved. The platform connection model is introduced to explore the effect,economic performance and measurement indexes of strategic decision-making process. It is found that the platform connection model has a positive impact on CEO's strategic decision-making speed.At the same time,taking transaction costs as the standard to measure corporate governance performance,platform mode and decision-making speed have positive effects on the decline of transaction costs and provide basis for the improvement of corporate governance performance.
