提高腭裂患儿术后语音清晰度

摘要
术后正常的语音功能恢复在腭裂治疗中十分重要。对腭裂患儿术后语音清晰度现状进行调查,认为治疗进行困难是主要症结。对此,成立QC小组,采用关联图进行分析,经确认,健康宣教不到位、游戏课程少、治疗前未进行情绪安抚为治疗进行困难的主要原因。针对这些要因,从加强健康宣教、提高课程趣味性、治疗前由专业医护人员进行情绪安抚3方面改进,使腭裂患儿术后语音清晰度从74.73%提高到94%,使腭裂患儿及家长对术后语音治疗的认知度和依从性有了较大提高,使语音治疗内容及护理服务得到了进一步提升。
Postoperative normal speech function recovery is very important in the treatment of cleft palate.The quality control team was established to investigate the status of postoperative speech intelligibility in children with cleft palate,and it was considered that the difficulty in treatment was the main crux.The correlation diagram was used for analysis.It was confirmed that the health education was not in place,the game curriculum was few,and the emotional comfort before treatment was the main reason for the difficulty of treatment.In response to these factors,from strengthening health education,improving the interest of the curriculum,and improving emotional comfort by professional medical staff before treatment,the postoperative speech intelligibility of children with cleft palate increased from 74.73%to94%.Furthermore,the awareness and compliance of postoperative speech therapy among patients and their parents had been greatly improved,and the content of speech therapy and nursing services had been further improved.
