基于天地图的房产信息系统开发及其关键技术

摘要
传统的房产信息仍停留在属性数据库管理阶段,已不能适应现代房产业务的需求。本文基于天地图提供的二次开发接口,并充分应用天地图API接口技术、系统数据整合与关联技术、数据集成应用Mashup技术、房产专题数据库构建技术设计开发了房产信息系统,实现了地图浏览和房产信息查询等一系列功能,为房产管理提供了崭新的方式,取得了良好的应用效果。
