高层科研办公楼施工质量控制
摘要
现阶段,国家的经济处于飞速发展的阶段,城市化进程的加快使得城市规模逐步扩大,这就充分激发了建筑业的发展,历经了近二十年的高速发展期,已经在国民经济中占据着不可磨灭的地位。文章重点分析的是高层科研办公楼施工质量控制的相关问题,作为能够发挥出特殊价值的科研办公楼,在项目建设阶段,需要注意的问题较多,因此应该慎重的分析,采取合理的施工质量控制对策,保证更好的维护项目的使用性能。
At this stage, the national economy is in the rapid development stage, the acceleration of urbanization process makes the city scale gradually expanded, which fully stimulated the development of the construction industry, and after nearly 20 years of rapid development period, has occupied an indelible position in the national economy. The paper focuses on the analysis of the problems related to the construction quality control of the high-rise office building for scientific research. As an office building for scientific research that can bring its special value into full play, there are many problems needing attention in the project construction stage, so it should be carefully analyzed. It is suggested by the paper that we take reasonable construction quality control measures to ensure better maintenance of the use of the project performance.
