摘要
变频器应用范围很广,在煤矿等易燃易爆场合应用,对变频器的防爆需要特别设计。通过研究爆炸的原理,并结合相关力学原理,对变频器壳体进行防爆设计,然后建立三维模型,进行受力分析,并对壳体结构进行优化处理,对变频器具有一定的防爆作用。
        The frequency converter is widely used. While it is used in flammable and combustible occasions such as the colliery, it needs special explosion-proof design. After the study on the explosion principle, the explosion-proof design on the housing of frequency converter was conducted in combination with relative principle of mechanics. And then, its 3D model was built, and the force analysis was conducted. At last, the housing of the frequency converter was optimized in structure, thus the frequency converter was of some explosion-proof effects.
