老年人眶颅沟通性肿瘤的影像学研究进展
摘要
<正>眼眶和颅骨以额骨、蝶窦相隔,两者以视神经管、眶上裂相通,发生在眼眶和颅底的肿瘤可通过以上结构相互蔓延,或破坏颅底骨形成眶颅沟通性肿瘤。此类肿瘤临床较为少见。颅眶沟通性肿瘤发病率差异较大。颅底解剖关系复杂、位置深、临床表现多样,影像表现较为复杂,并且该区域肿瘤涉及眼科、神经外科及放射科多个学科领域,所以准确地定位、定性诊断对手术方式的选择和患者预后至关重要。
