依维莫司联合益气化痰中药治疗晚期肺鳞癌1例

摘要
依维莫司能阻断PI3K/AKT/m TOR信号通路,促进PTEN表达,目前有临床研究将依维莫司应用于PTEN基因缺陷的癌症患者。肺癌的病机特点为痰、瘀、毒、虚,中医治疗应从补虚、化痰、祛瘀、解毒入手,尤重视补虚与化痰。报道应用中药益气除痰法配合口服依维莫司治疗PTEN基因缺陷变异的晚期肺鳞癌患者病案1例,总生存期达12个月,借此为依维莫司应用于非小细胞肺癌的研究提供临床证据。
