摘要

高职食品专业毕业生是食品行业未来的重要力量,如何提高高职食品类专业创新创业教育的实效性,是食品类专业教育工作者亟待解决的重大课题。通过对全国16所高职院校食品类专业创新创业及创新创业教育现状进行深入调查,分析了高职食品类专业创新创业及创新创业教育中存在的主要问题,并给出了相应对策,以便为同类院校专业提供参考。
        As an important force in the future of food industry, how to improve the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education for food specialty in higher vocational colleges is an urgent issue for food specialty educators. The main problems existing in innovation and entrepreneurship education in food specialty in higher vocational colleges were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures were given, through an in-depth investigation of the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in food specialty in 16 Higher Vocational Colleges in China, so as to provide reference for the specialties of similar colleges.
