超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在脑梗死中诊断和病情评估的探究

摘要
目的探究超敏C反应蛋白在脑梗死中诊断和病情评估的意义。方法选取2016年11月-2017年5月于我院诊断为脑梗死的患者50例作为观察组,健康体检者50例作为对照组,对实验组和对照组的血清hs-CRP水平进行统计学分析;另外,对实验组6个月内死亡的患者与实验组其余患者的血清hs-CRP水平进行统计学分析。结果实验组血清hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组(t=4.67,P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;实验组死亡患者血清hs-CRP水平明显高于实验组其余患者(t=6.97,P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论超敏C反应蛋白对脑梗死的临床诊断及病情评估具有重要意义,具有临床研究价值。
Objective Study on the significance of High sensitivity C-Reactive protein in diagnosis and Evaluation of Cerebral Infarction.Methods 50 cases of cerebral infarction diagnosed in our hospital from November 2016 to May2017 were selected as the observation group,50 healthy persons as control group,and statistical analysis of serum hsCRP levels inobservation and control groups;in addition,the serum hs-CRP levels of the dead patients in the observation group within 6 months and the rest of the patients in the observation group were analyzed statistically.Results The serum hs-CRP level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=4.67,P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant;the serum hs-CRP level of the dead patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the other patients in the observation group(t=6.97,P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Hypersensitive C-reactive protein plays an important role in the clinical diagnosis and evaluation of cerebral infarction,It has clinical research value.
