摘要
针对2014年钻探分院生产的钻杆在煤矿井下瓦斯抽排放孔施工出现的大批次钻杆质量问题,经系统分析认为接头螺纹存在设计与热处理工艺缺陷。将从接头原料控制、螺纹紧密距优化、螺纹氮化工艺三方面入手解决钻杆质量问题,最终采用锻造接头,近零紧密距螺纹,公接头螺纹氮化方案组合优化工艺生产钻杆接头,其质量已被证明稳定可靠。
        As for quality problems of drill pipes caused by the Gas drainage discharge hole in the coal mine, the analysis results show that there exist defects of joints in the design of thread and technology for heating processing. Will attempt to solve these quality problems from three aspects: controlling the materials of joints, optimizing the thread standoff and nitriding connection threads. Forging joints and near-zero- standoff thread will be finally adopted. It has been proved that the quality of drilling Pipe joints produced by the optimization process of nitriding combination for only male joint thread is stable and reliable.
