摘要
探讨热水法提取黄皮疣柄牛肝菌多糖,选择液料比、提取温度和提取时间进行单因素试验,应用响应曲面法进行优化,优化后的提取工艺条件为:液料比34∶1(mL/g),提取温度51℃,提取时间3.1 h,多糖的提取率为16.67%,与预测值接近,表明响应面优化的模型参数准确可靠。
        The paper was aimed to study the extraction of polysaccharides of Leccinum crocipodium(Letellier.)Watliag by hot water method. Liquid-solid ratio,extraction temperature and time were selected as single factors,and the response surface method was used to optimize the process. The optimum conditions were as follows:liquid-solid ratio 34 ∶ 1(mL/g),the extraction temperature 51 ℃,the extraction time 3.1 h,the extraction rate of the polysaccharide was 16.67 %,which was close to the predicted value. It showed that the model parameters of the response surface optimization were accurate and reliable.
