摘要
采用Mg-Si二元合金作为研究对象,利用OM研究了3种Mg-xSi(x=0.6、1.38、2.1,质量分数)合金的显微组织,利用析氢法、失重法和电化学测试研究了3种合金在模拟体液中的生物腐蚀行为,并观察了其腐蚀形貌。结果表明,随着Si含量增加,合金中的共晶Mg_2Si相由细小的层片状逐渐转变为粗大的汉字状,多边形状的初生Mg_2Si相的尺寸也逐渐增加。随着Si含量增加,3种合金的析氢速率、失重腐蚀速率和自腐蚀电流密度均逐渐增加,表明合金在模拟体液中的耐蚀性能逐渐降低。
        Mg-xSi(x=0.6、1.38、2.1,weight fraction,%)binary alloys were prepared.The solidification microstructure of the alloys prepared was oberved using OM.The bio-corrosion behavior of the alloys in simulated body fluid was evaluated by means of hydrogen evolution test,mass loss tests and electrochemical test,and the optical corrosion morphologies were observed by the SEM.The results reveal that the eutectic Mg_2Si phase is changed from fine lamellar to Chinese character with increasing in Si addition.Moreover,the particle size of granular primary Mg_2Si phase is further decreased.With increasing in Si addition,the hydrogen evolution rate,the corrosion rate and the corrosion current density of the alloys are increased gradually,which show that the corrosion resistance of the alloys in simulated body fluid is decreased gradually.
