摘要
采用正交试验法研究了连续驱动摩擦焊工艺参数对大截面液压缸焊接接头强度的影响,检测了焊缝附近的硬度分布。试验研究发现:在选取的焊接工艺参数范围内,对焊件拉伸强度的影响程度依次是保压时间、摩擦压力、摩擦时间和顶锻压力;最优条件为摩擦压力7.0 MPa、摩擦时间18 s、顶锻压力14.0 MPa、顶锻保压时间16 s。通过在最优条件下试验,试样抗拉强度达到811.4 MPa,弯曲角超180°而不开裂,硬度值曲线关于焊缝对称,在焊缝处达到峰值HV302,验证了试验结果与计算结果一致。
        The effects of continuous driven friction welding process parameters on the strength of the welded joint of large section hydrocylinder were investigated by adopting orthogonal test method,while the hardness distribution near the joint was tested. Experimental study found that the effect of upset pressure time on the tensile strength is maximal, then the main friction pressure,the effect of upset pressure and main friction time is minimal.Under the most suitable conditions including friction pressure of 7.0 MPa,friction time of 18 s,upset pressure of 14.0 MPa,upset pressure time of 16 s,the tensile strength of the sample is up to 811.4 MPa while bending angle 180° without cracking, the hardness values of both sides near the joint are distributed symmetrically, the peak value is HV302 at the weld.The field obtained from experiments under the most suitable conditions is consistent with the calculated results.
