摘要
为确定3种龙虾:锦绣龙虾(Panulirus ornatus)、波纹龙虾(Panulirus homarus)和杂色龙虾(Panulirus versicolor)的休眠温度及其低温休眠运输的可行性,对该3种龙虾的低温休眠温度和模拟低温休眠运输后的存活率进行了研究。在分析龙虾低温休眠原理的基础上,采用冰块梯度降温的方法,设置14℃、13℃、12℃、10℃4个温度,将从斯里兰卡收购的3种龙虾分别在4组不同温度下进行试验,观察龙虾的应激反应和休眠状态,以确定龙虾的低温休眠温度。并进行室内模拟试验,设置4个包装温度组(25℃、20℃、15℃、12℃),将不同温度组龙虾包扎装箱密封后静置于22℃的恒温室中,26 h后复苏并统计存活率,以检验低温休眠运输的可行性。结果发现,龙虾的休眠温度为12℃,处理时间应不超过10 min;室内模拟试验发现,包装温度为12℃情况下,26 h后平均龙虾存活率达98.3%,其中锦绣龙虾的存活率最高达到100%。
        The paper is to determine the dormancy temperature of three kinds of lobster( Panulirus ornatus,Panulirus homarus,Panulirus versicolor),and analyze the feasibility of low temperature dormancy transport.Dormancy temperature of three lobsters and the survival rate after simulated low temperature dormancy transport test were studied. In this paper,the theory of low temperature dormancy of lobster was analyzed firstly,then ice gradient cooling method was used,four temperature treatments( 14 ℃,13 ℃,12 ℃,10℃) was set,the stress and dormancy of lobster purchased from Sri Lanka at different temperatures were observed to test the dormancy temperature of lobster. At last,in the laboratory,4 packaging temperature groups( 25 ℃,20 ℃,15 ℃,12 ℃) were set up,lobsters were packed and placed in a constant temperature room at 22 ℃. After 26 h,the survival rate was calculated to test the feasibility of low temperature dormancy transportation. The result showed that the dormancy temperature of lobster was 12 ℃,and the processing time should not exceed 10 min. The indoor simulation test showed that the survival rate of lobster could reach 98. 3% after 26 h,even the survival rate of Panulirus ornatus was 100%. The survival rate of different species of lobster was slightly different,and the survival rate of Panulirus ornatus was the highest.
