摘要
环形绕组无刷直流电机(CWBLDC)本质上是一种特殊结构的永磁交流电机,其定子绕组采用与传统直流电机电枢类似的环形结构绕组,在永磁转子的旋转磁场作用下,产生近似于梯形波的反电势波形。这使得电机能够更充分的利用梯形波反电势,从而提高CWBLDC电机的转矩密度。这种环形绕组结构需要相应的换相电路才能正常工作,本文阐述了一种强迫换相方式的基本原理和换相特点,包括强迫换相的分析,仿真和实验。
        A circular winding brushless DC(CWBLDC) machine is essentially a permanent magnet synchronous machine with special structure. Its stator windings are similar with the circular windings of conventional DC machine, which generate trapezoidal EMFs by rotary magnetic field of the permanent-magnet rotator. The CWBLDCM get much higher torque density since the iron core is more fully utilized with trapezoidal EMFs. However the circular winding structure needs corresponding commutation circuit to work properly. This paper explains the basic principles and features of the forced commutation, and contains the analysis, simulation and experiments of the forced commutation.
