一种新型炮弹破片测速靶及其自动制造系统

摘要
新型测速靶由梳齿状交错排列的2个铝箔材质的电极构成,2个电极采用双面覆膜.新型测速靶采用铝箔冲裁形成格栅、双面覆膜固定格栅和断齿形成双电极的制造工艺.根据工艺要求设计的新型测速靶自动制造系统由格栅冲裁机、覆膜机、断齿机和裁断机等关键设备构成.新型测速靶制造成本低且环境适应性好,其自动制造系统具有成本低、功耗低和绿色环保的特点.
A new type of velocity measurement target for the velocity measurement of projectile fragments consists of two pieces of staggered aluminum foil electrodes shaped as comb teeth,and the two foil electrodes are covered with films.The process for the new target manufacturing uses aluminum foil blanking to form grills,dual face film covering to fix grills,and tooth cutting to form two electrodes.According to the process,the manufacturing system of the velocity measurement target is developed.The key components of the system include grill blanking cell,film covering cell,tooth cutting cell,etc.This new type of velocity measurement target is low in cost and high in environmental worthiness and the automatic manufacturing system is low in cost and power consumption,and environment friendly.
